Full Project Management SupportIn order to ensure effective delivery of the objectives and the project, targets, timescales and milestones are identified both with the client and the academic centres and a timetable of deliverables and budget are formally proposed. The client will be assigned a dedicated project manager who's responsibility it will be to produce, agree and manage the delivery plan. Regular team meetings are essential and arranged as necessary to review and evaluate the delivery plan with all project stakeholders.
